In my region even if you dig 6feet you will get water. Infact we also have government water. Fact check Ogun state and Lagos state. My region is blessed with water

This is the responsibility of the local government chairman of that community..if local government allocation funds were sent directly to the local government instead of sending it to the state government through joint account ..local government can provide them with boreholes and other communities that needs boreholes, public amenities, infrastructures and projects..our local government needs to be active and effective.. local government autonomy.. even with the approval of local government financial autonomy by the supreme court judgement...local government allocation funds are still not sent directly to the local governments till now..it's quite unfortunate
