Even when the drugs were less than 2k, there were Nigerians that were too poor to afford it just as there were well-to-do Nigerians who could afford the expensive one for 10k back then. Anybody that cannot afford Coartem should go and get Amatem. It's no where close to 10k and it's just as effective
