Was unable to watch this match live and just seeing the highlights.

To be honest, I thought Nigeria could have done better than to concede those 2 goals.

Anyway....it only help set the stage for a dramatic finish

How many times has Morocco hosted the tournament?
Twice. 2022 and 2024 (this year's tournament was counted as 2024)

This means that they'll play another one next year which would be hosted by Morocco and 2028 hosted by Morocco as well.

You people and many of your cliques are evil.
Nothing positive can really come out of you people's life unless you change your ways. You are so engrossed in bitterness even at every second not knowing that it's not over until it is over. You smell evil, think evil and has overwhelmed by negativities. Change your ways because it may amount into you to nothing in real life that you may not achieve anything tangible in this life if you continue
like this.
Those are bitter Obi supporters..

Later, they’ll be crying & gnashing teeth that politicians are dividing us..

Congrats to the super falcons... for a minute there, I lost hope....thank Goodness they came back and eventually won. But then, its evident now that the other female team from other African countries have caught up with the super falcons. Hence, they would need to up their game. On another note, the government should start taking the female team seriously cos they are the ones giving us joy and hope. maybe, by the time the government reduces their focus on the male team, they would seat up. just saying !!
you're correct especially south Africa.. Both male and female team have improved

This super falcon's coach is extremely incompetent. He should be changed immediately. He lacks the tactical know-how to handle a football game.

This match was won on the shoulders of the Patriotic spirit of the ladies. The coach was confused.
Una go just lie down for Una size stool dey type rubbish, have you ever coached your village team before?

One thing is surprising about this news and one thing is not.

What is surprising is the fact that VON has left this fallacy on its website till now (11.06pm).

What is not surprising is the name of the reporter.
This is terrible

Esther Okoronkwo has announced herself in a big way, a proper BALLER. Asisat Oshoala will be satisfied knowing she can hand the baton of world class quality to Esther.
I wonder why many people are surprised about Esther. She scored many of the goals that qualified us for this tournament. 2 goals at home against Capeverde in our 5-0 win.

When we went away, she was on the bench in the first half and we were 1-0 down to Capeverde in the first half. She came in the second half, tormented the Capeverdians again, provided an assist and then scored the winning goal to give us a 2-1 victory away to Capeverde.

ComeToJesus:
They didn't drop. Other teams improved and caught up..
Which is a good thing actually. The problem the super falcons had in the era of the Akide’s and Perpetua’s was that then they had no competition in Africa, and since we do not play many friendlies normally we had nothing to check our lapses and sharpen our skills with.
Hence, we got exposed easily at the World Cup especially since we were always in tough groups with the likes of USA, Sweden and Germany.
Now many teams have raised their game and it’s good for the super falcons because iron sharpeneth iron.

Congratulations to Morocco. There is no coming back from this. They are actually better and more tactical.

Our coach hasn't shown any competence or tactical know-how. South Africa were better than us.
okay Jesus
