How can you mistakenly fill a form twice

I applied, submitted and even printed my application slip with reference number but my passport photograph wasn't showing. This was done when the site was first open. Should I be concerned because I can't retrieve my application on this upgraded site?

Mine can't pass through the identification stage.. it keeps saying problem occured while submitting personal information... What could be the problem? The passport and documents are less than 200kb... That's the age and indigene identification... Please help me out... Or is it because am applying with my phone? Desktop mode though... If you are uploading PDF documents, switch to image documents less than 200kb. This also applies to your passport. It should be about 200kb or less. It has nothing to do with phone

Leave the NYSC and Additional qualification empty.

if you reapply, several times , the system will automatically choose the last application for you. Try retrieve, you will only see your last application

My documents are less than 200kb, max is 164kb
They are all in picture format, yet I can't pass identification stage.
I my used my MTN and Airtel number, still same issue .
I have used both phone and PC kindly assist

Good morning everyone! Please I want to know how legit it is for cdcfib to send an email asking that you pay #1310 to the federal government account for revenue before you complete verification and clearance.

I helped my sister apply for this on July 15th, the first day the application started. After completing the application, I tried to print it out, and while all the information appeared correctly, the reference number was missing.

Since the portal was upgraded, I initially tried using the “Retrieve Application” option, but it wasn’t working. I then tried the “Start Application” option as recommended, but instead of pulling up the previous application, it opened a fresh application form. I still didn’t see any of the previously submitted details. The same issue applies when I try the “Retrieve Application” again.

Please, what does this mean? Should I go ahead and reapply, or leave it as it is?

Nothing like that... everything about the registration is totally free

If you are still having issue, you don't need to change your phone number, just reduce the size of your passport to few kilobits, convert your birth certificate and state of origin to PDF format, size that I used to submitted successfully are (passport: 80.1kb, birth certificate: 39.62kb, origin: 46.46kb.) so if possible none of your documents should be up to 100kb, Also input your nysc number and year in the right column, don't put it under additional qualification, leave additional qualification the way it is.

You don't need to change your phone number, size of your documents should be less than 100kb, use PDF for Ur birth certificate and origin.

Still, error occurred....

The person I am applying for had same problem but when I reduced her scan to less than 500kb it went. Please ensure your scan is in jpeg and not PDF. I made used of chrome browser.
