And long after Abacha died (BTW, the 1999 constitution wasn't written under Abacha government but no worries), these Majority are still under gunpoint till 2025 to change or significantly amend it?

I think u lack basic comprehension or understanding, poverty, hunger and hardship has increased seriously in Nigeria.

UN will only intervene in very extreme cases of of multiple factors such as hunger and starvation, famine and diseases breakout and where the government is overwhelmed or incapable of addressing it.

That doesn't mean there isn't hunger and starvation in Nigeria, Which is man made by the government to weaponise poverty.
