I don’t think the governor is aware of this ‘empowerment’, this is embarrassing. The edges of the bucket is so serrated and rusted that it poses a major health hazard . All these overzealous sycophants, that woman should be arrested.

The governor shared wheelbarrows to the women for packing their belongings to the IDP camps in the event of Fulani invasion. The governor has foresight.

Benue women empowered with branded wheelbarrows
What are wheelbarrows instead of employing well paid teachers and other workers to make education free for all children and healthcare for all residents, water supply available for all households?

Who are the Nigerians supporting this nonsense huh

anonimi:
“The worst illiterate is the political illiterate, he doesn’t hear, doesn’t speak, nor participates in the political events.

He doesn’t know the cost of life, the price of the bean, of the fish, of the flour, of the rent, of the shoes and of the medicine, all depends on political decisions. The political illiterate is so stupid that he is proud and swells his chest saying that he hates politics.

The slowpoke doesn’t know that, from his political ignorance is born the prostitute, the abandoned child, and the worst thieves of all, the bad politician, corrupted and flunky of the national and multinational companies.”

I'm old enough to remember when governors did not engage in fanfare, or all these stupid "empowerment programmes", sharing nonsensical stuff to poor, hapless people.

Ask anyone who remembers the years of Ambrose Alli, Lateef Jakande, Adamu Atta, Cornelius Adebayo, Solomon Lar, Sam Mbakwe, those days, government providing all exercise books and textbooks was taken for granted. There were expatriates in our general hospitals and schools. i remember getting a tooth extracted by an American lady dentist, and schools having British and Indian teachers.

The Naira was worth more than the Dollar, so, they could come here to work.

Funny things is, Nigeria is actually richer now than back then. It's just that we now have thieves in government.
