RevenuesBoost:It's NOT necessarily about Exercise. ![]() Most Elderly women of 65-70, They start taking medications seriously and take Church/God seriously. But the Men, they keep Useless company with Drunkards, sit Idly all day. Before u know it, they either fucck an underaged Girl or somebody's wife. ![]() At that point, many of them lose focus on the Essence of life, unlike Women. ![]() |

RevenuesBoost:You're right! Typical example is driving all the time, and not brothered to trek sometimes. Health talk was held in my church a couple of months ago, and men were advised to learn to do things themselves; things like washing their car, boxers and even clothes that it's an exercise. Finally a man shouldn't be eating swallow late in the night, and ensure frequent BP check-up. May God help we men!!! |

The mindset of Nigerian males is terrible. We believe we have to disturb our minds with worst case scenarios even in times of peace. We believe men should not sleep longer than four hours and should consume beer at least thrice weekly. Exercise? Why should I suffer myself? It will make my bones weak in future. The body should be allowed to enjoy things in excess. Wait o, how did I catch diabetes? High blood pressure was in my line? Kai! Sha, na to die on top kpekus then. Where is that sexual enhancer? If I fall ill, agbo is more than enough. If it fails, big stout will suffice. |

Celestialsword:I wish it was this simple. Sorry, a man can't switch off. Some things are inevitable. Some problems have no solution. |

ozo13 from Nairaland: "men should take care of themselves, because many men struggled and laboured for the family upkeep and they didn't get the rewards They were stressed up and most of them died before their wives. When the man has passed on, those he left behind will still survive and become somebody in life. The Irony of it all ,is that it's the woman that now enjoy the fruits of the man's labour. So,men should wise up and always take care of yourself, when the load is too heavy, please drop it. ...when the load is too heavy, please drop it. Nice one" https://www.nairaland.com/8481697/where-fathers#136264618 |

The men are most likely 5 to 20 years older than their wives, so what do you expect. You should have put Yusuf and Aisha picture and then ask where is Buhari? As if Aisha and Buhari are age mates |

Softmirror:This your comment reeks of what I can not say. If you don't understand something, you ask for clarification before jumping into conclusion. There's no ambiguity in what the guy has posted but your own thought process is quite laughable. "Fathers, take good care of yourself as much as you can, so you too can enjoy good and long life like the mothers". It's that simple! Na wa o! My people and comprehension! |

Celestialsword:IBB is 83 years old, his wife died at 61 OBJ is 88 years old his wife died at 59 WF Kumuyi is 84 years old, his wife died in her early 60s Victor Attah is 86 years old wife also died in her late 60s.. Would it make sense to have a food for thought like: Ladies treat yourself well, men will survive and remarry when you are gone! |

Celestialsword:What is the years between their Fathers and Mothers? How old were their Fathers when they married their Mothers? You don't expect a 32 years old man that married a 23 year old to live longer than the woman, do you? The story no complete, give us their Fathers age too, then we can compare. |
