Hello house, please I need information about the yankari games reserve. I want to visit the place soon but I need whoever has visited it recently to kindly update me about about the safety of the place, accommodation and the rates as well as other expenses I should prepare for. I have tried Google bit the information I got on nairaland was posted since 2010. I need something recent. Please I need your response. Is it a place worth going to at this time? Thanks

Gate fee for adult is 1,500
Student is 500 (also for Corp members)
Gate fee to the wikki springs is #500
A trip to the safari is #12,000. It is better to go in a group of 10 to save cost
Accommodation per night is #8,000 for Adult while Student rate is 2,100.
There is transport at yankari park at the rate of #500 to and #500 fro.
We should visit this March, i'll let you know subsequent details.

or drive to Bauchi first and then look for directions to Yankari.
