So APC can't provide FIRST CLASS governors rather providing FIRST CLASS AGBERO's governors, e.g. Edo State governor

Nigerian First Class Governors

🟢Anambra State: Charles Soludo [PhD, Economics]

Out of 36 State governors only two finished with First Class in School.
I wonder what the others finished with.

https://x.com/StatiSense/status/1949891577909793067?t=HptfSweOZv_vmflRm7qBqQ&s=19[/quote]If the two are not better than the four governors of Lagos State since 1999, in the area of free basic education for all children, then how is their first class degree not a waste? A total and complete waste to the society!

Did Awolowo and the UPN governors have first class before prioritising their people’s money for the hiring and retention of well paid professional teachers and other staff to ensure every single child is in free primary and secondary schools, several decades ago?

Did Obasanjo and Atiku have first class before establishing UBEC to provide matching federal funds to states for nine years free and compulsory education for all children?

Ratio of public to private schools in Lagos State is one to 22 ― Commissioner
September 4, 2022

The Lagos State government has said the ratio of public to private schools at both primary and secondary school levels in the state is one to 22.

The state’s Commissioner for Education, Mrs Folasade Adefisayo, gave the revelation in her remark at the 2022 edition of the Total School Support Seminar Exhibition (TOSSE) held at Oregun in Ikeja between Thursday and Friday.

Because your uncle speaks Queen's English, does that make him an intelligent person? Is being able to speak good English a measure of intelligence? Anyway, it's only an intelligent person who can recognize another intelligent person.
Walai:
Soyinka is not intelligent, he is just smart and good with words.
I have a late uncle that attended only primary school in the late 30's then but his queens English is top notch. You will think he spent all his life in England but he haven't been there before

So being good with words is not intelligence? So define intelligence. And you that is more intelligent than Soyinka, what have you done with it?

And you mean your uncle that didn't attend school hit is good with words is not intelligenthuh Hahahaha.. some people must just talk

An unintelligent person cannot be a professor, and a Nobel prize winner.

He's been sought after by renown universities around the world for lectures and research work.

An unintelligent person cannot do all these.

Nigeria don't always value what they have, they prefer to celebrate mediocrity
Una done too hype this Nobel prize.

Go and read about those Soyinka threw under the bus to get that prize.

Go and read about the travails of Albert Einstein with the Nobel committee.

I no dey rate that prize for real.

Soyinka is not intelligent we don hear...I guess Achebe, Ojukwu and Nnamdi Kanu are the intelligent ones. Fair enough.
Re: Nigerian First Class Governors by uunwanaobong3: 9:21am On Jul 29, 2025
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THESE NIGERIA FIRST CLASS GOVERNORS AND EDO STATE GOVERNOR OKPOBELO WERE NEVER GO SCHOOL?

THEY ARE ALL CORRUPT.

THEY ALL DEPEND ON NATIONAL ALLOCATION TO SURVIVE WITHOUT PERSONAL INPUT FROM THEM ON HOW TO MOVE THE STATE FORWARD.

THEY ALL PLAYED MONEY POLITICS AND CAN'T CREATE WEALTH FOR THEIR PEOPLE.

THEY ARE ALL CULTIST

THEY ALL BEHAVE LIKE TOUTS

THEY CAN'T DEVELOPED THEIR STATES

THEY ARE ALL THE SAME WHETHER FIRST CLASS OR ILLITERATE, THEY ALL BEHAVED THE SAME.

SO SPARE ME EDUCATION, THEY ARE ALL ILLITERATES SIMPLE.

Then your uncle is not smart nor intelligent, he is someone who doesn't know were he is from nor where he is going and certainly not real with himself. Its like saying an uneducated man who has never travelled to China and based in Nigeria only but speaks fluent chinese in their accent for NAIJA OOOO,
WELL at least you can see why everyone knows soyinka but your uncle is only known by you and your family members.

Except for Dora Akunyili,
There are no, and has never been any first class governor's, presidents, local government chairmen, commissioners, ministers, in nigeria. This includes their vices and deputies too.

I even prefer smartness over intelligence.
Stop publicising your ignorance, Wole Soyinka graduated with second class upper

So, you throw people under the bus to win Nobel?
The conspiracy theories from your ilk can never be exhausted.

How I wish Achebe could have thrown people under the bus to achieve the same aim. Perhaps, he will not be weeping in his grave by now . Perhaps, he might not have people weeping on his behalf when he had long gone

Wole Soyinka earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with Second Class Upper (Honours) in English Literature from the University of Leeds in 1958.

No wonder the two are the best performing state governors
So, the one that refurbished his own personal house instead og staying in the government is your definition of best performing?

So, the fellow that spends money in fueling several cars shuttling between his personal house several kilometers aways instead of staying in a govt house barely two kilometers to the governor's office is your definition of best performing?

No wonder, a content creator can manipulate millions like you.
Re: Nigerian First Class Governors by Wellprotected: 9:50am On Jul 29, 2025
Graduating with first class is different from being smart and intelligent. In most cases first class graduates are just best crammers nothing more ..how can a mechanical engineering professor with distinction be waiting for a road side mechanic with no waec to come fix his broken car with a fault as simple as damaged battery or alternator ...lagos and enugu state governors to mention a few are doing massively well without your first class .
