I think he's correct, They migrated to Lagos even before the war in 1960 to 1965. They thought Nigeria would have worked. Now they are living in Lagos legitimately, their children and grandchildren are all Lagos indigenous people. The law says you vote where you were registered. If they registered in Lagos, of course they'll have to travel to Lagos to vote. Do you expect them to go to Florida where they didn't register? It's so easy for some people to talk nansense as if they don't have brains.
