Actually, these donations are based on need—not a sort of federal character thing apart from SE, which is his home, others are simply based on need. Let's not forget recently he was in Cross River because of the situation with UNICAL Dentist students. Lagos don't really have a problem.

Peter Obi has done well. Like they say charity begins at home. He has to begin by doing more of his charitable activities at home. This cannot be compared to non-charitable activities such as political appointments of tinubu where south west has more ministers than SE, SS and non-yoruba parts of North central combined. Tinubu case is not charity begins at home but a case of classic corruption and nepotism

This is exactly how Ibo people will defend bigotry and marginalization of south west under a Peter Obi presidency. We saw how folks from the south east kept urging Jonathan to ignore and marginalize the south west till he was booted out of office. They will come up with just any excuse to defend the marginalization of the south west.
