House officer here in Gambia is receiving nothing less than 800k a month, while in Nigeria, you can't get more than 250k!
Imagine the rubbish, and government expect workers to be loyal and diligent.

All of these nonsense is happening and some state governors are using building of government houses to embezzle billions of naira. Even the president is lavishing millions of dollars on football players.

Ghana's minimum wage is $1.28 per day...around $39.68 per month while Nigeria minimum wage is $44.

Why go wailing about other countries why not start with how much your state givernor is paying and how many month it is still owing ?!

Gambia must be getting expensive to live in. 800k for house officers is high. In the average Nigerian city that will be too high for a fresh graduate.
