Good day house, I was able to get to stage 4(education information) but I'm not able to get to the last stage,it's not showing anything like error but I can't make progress

I have submitted mine. Here is what i did

I entered my nysc Certificate no ie 0023... The yr of completion 20...
Then under other qualification
Name: National Youth Service Corps
Cert. Obtain: Certificate of National Service
Start yr: 20...
End yr: 201..
Note:
I keep clicking next until it returned submitted page

To get past the NYSC issue, Do not put the alphabet that is in front
