Jamb centers to be used for exam, but federal civil service commission will send questions to jamb, some questions might be repeated though.

This shortlisting has become a joke i swear, I think there's no one who applied that has not been shortlisted because, I just checked for one guy that I help filled the form with wrong information and he was shortlisted. I mean he doesn't have the certificate so I used his only neco result in all the places required one to upload document

You obviously call everything a joke right. This recruitment is a national thing, all quota from the 774 LGA and 36 states must be filled and represented. Probably he was selected to meet up with his regional quota. Most regions applied more than others and some even grossly came below the quota, so it's not really about what he filled in his form but his regions quota meant to be filled up.
