Thank God government is not subsidizing fuel anymore , so if he like make he sell him fuel to anywhere he like , as far as he sha Dey pay his tax and supply our quota to us no issue

It will still take almost 50 yrs for EV to be popular in Nigeria and besides there are still very big machines that relay on petroleum products, and there is jet fuel too, engine oil and grease. Then the by product of the distillation like nylon, insecticide,, plastic, cream and many other products

Dangote actually wanted to site his refinery in ondo state I don't know why he changed his mind overnight and moved it to Lagos.

Thank God another refinery will soon be sited in ondo state.

While petrol and other crude oil products will still have some use, there will be a significant decline in demand.

Personally, i don't consider investing in oil and gas a wise decision, the world is gradually going green and in nearest future, there will be little or no demand for crude oil finished products.

No 1 is disputing that, we are talking about how the demand for it will fall drastically and mind you, heavy duty trucks are already going green, it won't be long before airplanes and ships follow...

Some people statement tells a lot about the kind of education they have received. How could refinery be built when subsidy was operational? Is that not the reason why we should support subsidy removal and deregulation policy of president Tinubu.

Refinery is way beyond PMS to drive cars.
Plastic, Nylon, fertilizer, ATK, lubricants, asphalt, paraffin wax, car tires, candle, cosmetic, lotions, pharmaceuticals, detergents, soaps, paints, synthetic fabric, ink for printing. Refinery will support production of all these things. Production of all these things will create jobs.

Odey who told you that dangote didn't make announcement about sitting his refinery in Lagos state. Didn't your brothers and sisters call dangote refinery a scam? In next seven years south west boast at least five refineries

Oga go first and cross the huddle of nnpcl and the oil cabal and com back and tell us how it looks like . The graphite used in EV batteries comes from Oil Refineries. Oil Refineries are also petrochemical plants; there is a reason why India and S Korea are major chemical-producing countries.

Let them invest in Refineries, and the investors who want to build EV and Solar plants do their investment
