The president is free to appoint who he wants to, it is his prerogative.

I disagree with the stats for Buharis political appointments! He was a political bigot and most of his appointments were Fulanis and family members. His uncles, nephews , daughters everywhere. In Government, CBN, NNPC, SECURITY CHIEFS, MILITARY HEADS, CJN was a very aged shari'a judge! ... It was terrible 😔. Most were incompetent too

Politics don't work like that. Appointments it is usually based on the support given during election. Besides some of these top positions are based on election. Are you saying Tinubu should rig this positions for Igbos?
