Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen has officially sealed a record-breaking €75 million permanent transfer to Turkish giants Galatasaray, making him the most expensive signing in Süper Lig history.

Osimhen lacks ambition. The Turkish league is not for a proven goalscorer like him who is at his prime. It is a place to wind down your career.
We may never get to see him play in any of the big European leagues again.

Such a shame, no one will remember what he does in Galatasaray. If he likes, he should turn the league upside down, it won't matter. He had the opportunity to be one of the best this country has produced but he blew it.

Nigerians need to stop being delusional when it comes to their own....this mindset is the reason why most dont reach expectations....Galatasaray is a total downgrade ... even Everton or sevilla wud have been a better option ...who. watches Turkish league?? A league that houses old retirees , players that have passed their prime.... the Saudi league wud have been better ...

Ighalo played for man Utd on a loan move which he arranged and agreed to reduced wages. He was past his prime and man Utd had nothing to lose by signing him. Osimhen can chose to do the same for Chelsea in future if he wishes

Can Everton or Sevilla pay the over €15m euros (minus bonuses) he'll be earning annually in Galatasaray? Will Everton or Sevilla be playing champions league football this season or any time in the future? Osimhen made the best decision considering his circumstances and I wish him nothing but success in his newest chapter

Gala only need to beef up their defence a bit...
They just signed a better goalkeeper than Muslera .
Let's hope Icardi come back fitter ( d team plays better with his leadership )from his injury.. Gala has got a team that can do well in D UCL and get to the playoffs.
