I have over 12yr experience in laundry business. when I was working under some one I used to wonder despite high volume of work and.good patronage.yet my oga find it difficult to pay us salaries Until I left to setup my own laundry business . Yes still on it, but on a low key now.i started my laundry business in 2016 in a good location it was booming working morning and nights no rest,I was so serious with the business that I hardly socialize with friends because no time.
I could not do it alone I have to employ more hands we were seriously busy working.everywere were filled up with clothes.
I don't have issue paying my two workers salaries and running all necessary expenses.i m good in keeping records.the process continues for years
To cut the story short what I discovered in the business is that I was just going round a circle year in years out, feeding.running expenses.at the end of the year all my savings will be used to renew shop rent and house hrent.hmmm you now have other source of income?
The whole years to me just like a wasted years there were no time for personal development.no degrees no skill work no savings to venture into a good business I was so committed to the business.
Most of my friends has all gone far in life with good achievement.the only thing that even makes some to call me is to come and pick up there clothes for washing, even they don't even invite me to any of their functions even wedding ceremonies. To tell you how low I have become among my pears
Presently I'm operating from home to save cust like shop rent, taxforce of different kinds.miximizing of electric bill and others
Presently I now collect few clothes and change higher and also doing it all alone

From my experience.. laundry business can not make you rich, but there will be steady food on your table . Remember the Bible says! thou shall not leave by bread alone.take the business as Pocket hausle while you push for a life saving career.
Let's me give you few tips on how you can make profits from the business.
1, don't over employ workers
2, don't pay salary pay commission.it will make the workers to be serious.
3, charge higher price.you will work less and make higher returns
Always collect deposit from customers, especially the new customers some will drop clothes and will never return to collect it.i don't know if they are spirits I still have clothes of 7years with me,All this rules are not mandatory it is just an advice.checkout what suits you and your environment.pls don't mind my poor write up and spelling.i non go school.
