Anytime any day but only if there's election and not selection, people's vote are counted, security and law enforcement agents not used to intimidate oppositions, the Wike's and other Local government Chairmen not used to rewrite results and finally if INEC will deploy the real electoral materials to pooling booths and not photocopy with the aim to hoard the original copy for manipulation.
