A member can join a political party 3 days to the primaries and contest. As far as the party includes his name in the register of members the it's finished.

Peter Obi can join ADC 1 week to the primaries.

No lawsuit coming from anywhere.

But he must leave LP?🙄

They just announced he can be in two different parties, NO EXPIRING DATE!🙄

Now come back to the reality on ground, no of those politicians can boost of any structure in their presence political parties, the infighting in each of the party is record breaking, so it doesn't really matter if they leave now or in 18 months, they have no structure in the first place.

The interesting thing about this is they are indirectly working for Tinubu, if they really believe they can win, this is the time to build ADC structure, but they can't so they intend to use the propaganda to remain relevant.🙄🙄

Tinubu and Wike did that in 2023, the year such move was useful for the purpose of them winning the power.
That temple has cast really and I'm scratching my head now to understand how will the same template be of any purpose in the coming election.
While Tinubu is devising a new winning formula, you are here trying out what he used 2 years ago.

It's also a red flag for Peter Obi as a candidate...an adage in Yoruba says "O si n'ibe, o ni bawo ni won se wa pin" (you are not there, and you are querying how they shared it)...If he is not integral part of ADC, many key decisions will be taken behind him.

It is not what the party says. It is what the law says.

The law says you can't belong to two political parties. Atiku only resigned from PDP. He has not defected to ADC until now. Obi doesn't want to jump into ADC when Atiku has not done so. Obi is also not in control of LP. El Rufai is an orphan in SDP as he has been disowned, re-owned and disowned. ADC has not gained needed momentum. Their spokesman tries to he Lai Muhammed, but clearly lacks the goods.

Those who want to rescue Nigeria are indecisive about which political party to stay in. They helped to destroy PDP and factionalized LP. ADC is already their victim.

Phrank Shaibu, Paul Ibe, when will Atiku officially defect? Infact, where is Atiku?

Do you know the constitution of ADC more than the party itself? Why are you stressing yourself.
