Good afternoon everyone,
I am currently confused on which of the above two cars to purchase .
1. A Nigeria well used. 2016 Kia Sportage 4 cylinder engine and a 4wd, with less than 50k mileage bought brand new with good history , also first body .
The car drive well and in a perfect shape .

2 . A 2010 Toyota Camry xle , 4plug with venza engine With less than 20k mileage, America spec also bought brand new with first body.
Car drives well with no complain, every component still intact .

Am in love with bought cars , my issue is I don’t know much about Kia cars in terms of durability etc
Note both cars are within the same budget of almost 8m ..
I need candid advice on which one to choose …

How can u say you love toyota and still have confusion choosing btw Toyota and kia...tru Toyota lovers cannot have this confusion. ...that's an anomaly.......

... Besides, they are completely different cars.. how did this confusion come into play

I don't know which is worse, between a 9 year old Nigerian used car with less than 50k miles and a 15 year old Nigerian used car with less than 20k miles

My advice is run from both vehicles

Whoever is marketing these vehicles to you is likely trying to sell you a monkey that's swinging on a tree

<20k mileage for a 16 year old car is beyond diabolical odometer tampering..It's extreme witchcraft laced with a touch of madness ..If those vehicles odo has been so shamelessly rolled back, only God knows what other issue with them have been concealed

First, who's giving you the details of the vehicle? I mean the person marketing it to you.

1. How do you verify that it was "bought brand new"? Is the seller an individual or a company?
I don't know the ratio, but it is accurate to say over 80% of the vehicles on Nigerian roads were not bought brand new.

2. How do you know the mileage are not tampered with? Are the owners corporate workers? Do the owners own multiple vehicles or just that car? Are the vehicles owned by someone with a family, or are the owners single?

Be very careful!

If you love mid-range SUVs, the Honda CR-V, and Toyota RAV4 are good options. Nigeria-friendly, durable, good driving experience and good fuel economy reports

The 2010 Camry is a good option, but the mileage is quite hard to believe.

The Kia Sportage was used by total staff as an official car , brand new . I saw the documents and the service history with Kia .

The Camry in the other hand was also bought brand new, I saw the documents too , the Camry was bought for and elderly woman as far back as 2011 ..
Both cars were bought brand new for sure ..

Am not asking cos they were brand new or not , am just asking to know if anyone here have used the Kia Sportage and its reliability cos I hardly see Kia Sportage on our roads .
I just want to know which of them will stand the rest of time …
