The last tracking info updated was on the 13 of June, marked as 'arrived in the country of destination', and clearly indicating that it has 'been received by the local delivery company' and it should be 'delivered shortly', 'I should contact my local postal operator' at the same time it shows it's undergoing 'customs import clearance'. I will be attaching the screenshots of the tracking info for more clarity. It has been 61 days today, and NIPOST still claims it's not in the country.

I had the same issue, nipost later called me and told me my package was with them later.
I also ordered phone and I was scared but I got it in perfect condition without tamper.
Hopefully yours turn out the same bro

The funny thing is, the package is still at that same status even though I have gotten it last month between 6 - 10 July

Pls my levono tab M11 screen freezes while reading on nairaland and there was a horizontal line running across the entire screen.
I forced restart it but the screen has been unresponsive to any activity. It is ghosting touching.

You can't get the parcel again because it's already on its way back to China. Open dispute and ask for refund. Select "parcel returned by carrier (or something similar)" in the options and upload tracking information as evidence.

Thank you for this info. the dispatch rider failed to deliver at my office and he lied my phone was not reachable because we spoke on phone from what I can see on the tracking . but the main issue is speedaf not having a working phone number to report an issue or request for pickup before the parcel leaves the shores

I have an item which is taking too much at the point of custom clearance, today makes it 6days at that spot... I hope my items is not have issue just a phone screen and porch.

Please house what's going on, I have not experienced that before since have been ordering from ALIEXPRESS delivered by SPEEDAF

There's nothing to fret yourself about! Customs clearance is unpredictable, and can take between 3 days to 1 week (even more on many occasions). What you're currently experiencing with your order shows that nothing ever remains permanent.

Two items were shipped together with this tracking number and were supposed to be shipped by speedaf. The tracking number is already on speedaf server. After this issue appeared, one of the items was suddenly cancelled without warning and I was refunded automatically.
Speedaf tracking now indicated "domestic return to customer".
Then the tracking number for the second item suddenly changed to an ordinary tracking number (not speedaf number).
Both the original tracking number and the new tracking number are not making any progress for more than 10days.
This looks like Speedaf is no longer shipping my package despite it being a choice item. They are basically returning it to sender.
Right now, I don't know if my item is still coming or not.
I have never experienced this before. This makes no sense. The two tracking numbers can be seen below.

I already know that and I've already opened dispute. But AliExpress is insisting the package is already shipped and I must wait till protection period is over before I will get my refund. I chatted them up and provided the evidence and they said they will look into it. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed and praying.
I already found the same item listed for cheaper, hoping they will refund me so I can get it cheaper.
I'm putting my experience here so that others will learn.
