There is nothing in NELFUND except you want to steal. The money there is a loan to students, it is not a free gift. The salary there is normal salary. Unlike TETFUND where the money is grants anyone can take a bite from it even staff.
There is no money in Ministry of finance except you want to steal. Ministries don’t pay much like agencies. For example, NPA and Nimasa pays much more than the mother ministry of transportation.
NDIC packages aside salary is top notch, one of the best. NCC is not up to NDIC.

Please how about SEC, for salary and allowance?

No, they are likely to have the same salary packages as the already operating Development commissions. The sum budgeted for their salaries in the appropriation is about 99.0-100%. So they are not doing any projects for the upcoming year.

Not really, but I guess it might happen before the year runs out because the newly established ones are funded in this year's budget. I wonder why Their board members aren't yet inaugurated so they can commence work immediately.

But this is Nigeria, where anything is possible.

It depends on how you look at it. NLNG offers more competitive pay compensation, exposure and training, because the technical aspects is being managed by Shell.
Only issue is some GM positions + MD/CEO is reserved for Shell and the IOC JV partners.

MD/CEO position is actually not rotated. Shell as the Technical & Operations advisers for NLNG reserved the slot to nominate the MDs. They usually come from one of Shell Gas/LNG subsidiaries.

I suspect the next MD/CEO to be Leye Falade, Shell employee who is currently the MD/CEO of Brunei LNG.
