I read first page I shake my head for humanity, and at same time, I'm happy because, they would leave embittered till they go back to their creator.

If president didn't do this kind of gesture, the same people would be the first to wail, to condemn and to lament.

Learn how not to totally support or against human beings!

A president that spends money like it's going out of fashion. Spending a nation's commonwealth like it's drug 🤑 money

Spending may give you a brief high, so you might overspend to feel better.
You might make impulsive financial decisions when you’re experiencing mania or hypomania.

Lolz... Austerity measure to regain relevance...

My people, nobody struggles to sleep, it comes naturally.

Do well in all areas, leave the praise for us.

Simple!!!
Honestly, it's not a bad idea... U suddenly realize the whole nation is watching u even to the extend of the president...

Now it becomes even more serious!

When you find yourself in a position of leadership in Nigeria, do your best. What I have learned from this Tinubu issue is that humans are the most unpredictable animals in the world. The same set that complains the government doesn't reward athletes are the same insulting Tinubu for rewarding them. Mehn! Most people are something else.

Another issue is that there are many people who aren't happy about your progress. Most of those comments on the first page exhibit such attitude. They are haters.

That's to tell you that mo matter what the president does haters will never see anything good in it. In any case, they're inconsequential in the scheme of things - only social media noise.

For those of you counting your eggs before they are hatched...

Mali currently leading Nigeria 16-13 in 1st Quarter.

Early days though.
Nigeria has won the competition 4 times in a row. I don't see Mali being a serious problem for The Tigress.

I may not be his fan but I support this move by Mr President.

It's a welcome support. It's motivating to the girls.

My advice to D'Tigress is this:

Shebi una see the rewards the women's football team got after winning the continental competition? The same rewards will likely come to you if you can make the country proud. President Tinubu is doing giveaway with the national treasury because of 2027 elections. Lol. Make us proud in Abidjan so you too can eat from the national cake!
You're just groaning on what is beyond your control. You've been doing this before 2023 election.

Tinubu will win either he give this team money or not. His generosity will still make him ignore many of your likes.

Jagaban is a movement.

Gross mismanagement of public funds. By the time Tinubu leaves office I doubt if we'll have 1 billion naira left in the treasury.

This is basketball, not football. Even if the Malians are leading with 10 points at half time, it's still not a reason to panic.

I expect our girls to pull away from the 3 quarter

Is there anything in my comment that suggests panic?
I'm only saying the match is not a walk-over as many people, including you think.
Currently, the match is tight.
