Those are Dangote Trucks that he chose to buy from a Chinese company. I heard that the order involves hundreds of trucks!

For whatever reasons, instead of having them produced here in Nigeria, Dangote went to China. Several companies in Nigeria can easily produce high quality trucks of this nature..,. Or atleast the body. But he seldoms patronises Nigerian companies. Dangote sees every Nigerian business as competitors.

The same thing that came to my mind when I first saw the video on TVC.

Those TVC newsmen were even celebrating fuel distribution. None could even make a different case of what you mentioned.

It is a lie. Dangote exported 90k metric tons of gasoline to China.

I have had this conversation with people. We cannot manufacture the trucks at the price Dangote got them,we cannot manufacture in mass like Chinese people, we cannot meet the quality which he got them at.


You should expect that the government invests in institutions that can train people on such high quality skills no. Everyone is just doing anyhow

But the head of the trucks came in many many months ago, separately it's 3000 units while the back just arrived about two Weeks ago.... But in that video , it was a complete truck making a move .....

Or u think manufacturers dnt have a moving wheel to transport cargo to airport aside riding the newly bought merchandise...?

What's special in seeing or spotting a truck assembled in China, painted in China and is shipped from China?
Dangote trucks are made in China and shipped to Nigeria from China. So if you see the trucks driving to the ports for export, what's spectacular about that?

We have over here steel companies that build truck tanks which is popularly called •Tanker• and can as well build bulk pots mounted on the flat frames of the trucks. So what's special about that to attract recording videos and posting on YouTube?
