I have this brother of mine who swore never to leave the village because he wanted to be the custodian and "inheriter" of his father's properties in the village. He did all kinds of manual tasks to keep going. When life started slapping left, right and centre, he carried his bag by himself to run to my house.

When he came, he was all vein-filled with that kind of muscle in the picture.

After some times, the muscle started disappearing. He was now doing no hard labour, no strenuous work. little by little, the muscle started to disappear. So it's not genetic.
