The question is how do we identify who is competent among them. We thought Buhari was competent in 2015, but he ended up being a calamity.

Of course, Atiku has no history of any tangible achievements in his public service career other than looting and converting national assets to personal property through a fraudulent privation process. So, I am not surprised you have nothing meaningful to say about him.
