Any Oba position that wasn't crowned or elevated to become an Oba by another Oba in Yorubaland and beyond is either a political Oba or null and void, and the later should be prosecuted for misrepresentation by false pretenses.

Examples of Oba elevation:
Oluwo, Ataoja & Soun from under Oloyo/Alaafin
Ayangburen & Adeboruwa from under Akarigbo
