In other words, Nigerians didn't vote for Tinubu. Instead, governors rigged elections for him. If the people voted for him, becoming a people-centric leader will be his priority

Dont get me wrong, Tinubu has failed, I never wanted him in power in 2023, and I still will not want him in power in 2027. But those policies are good policies. Well, for me... The Jury is still out on Tinubu, since he has barely gone halfway in his 2-term administration.

Not saying this as a fan of the man... Just being realistic and honest.

While I will always blame and dislike him for the major role he played in bringing the disaster, Buhari, into that office, I have to be honest and say he met a monumental and generational mess in that office.


I don't know what kinda magic anyone could have been expecting within 2 years, especially when taking the draconian step of removing or partially removing subsidy in Petroleum, Education and removing the foreign exchange cushion.



So, I can only observe and see if by the end of his first tenure, the fruits or results of this bold move will start showing...!.

So far, it's been nothing but disappointing and disastrous.

Please, we should try and stop this type of mentality. Just because someone doesn't vote for a certain candidate doesn't mean he/she can't assess, pass judgement or pass criticism about the government.

We need to understand that election is a choice.

@OP, I don't really like religious and traditional leaders involving in political issues, but even the government has acknowledged it on numerous occasions about the suffering of a large % of Nigerians. From the President to Ministers to even heads of MDAs. Anyone saying otherwise is just being in self denial.🙄
