A Nigerian has no business calling anyone a "coward" Not when your solution is "japa" instead of facing adversity in your country.. No country is free from crime, this doesn't mean people should come to our country and do as they please. Why is this concept so difficult to understand?

They need him as a state witness, besides he really didn't commit the henious crimes but was an accessory so its in his interest to turn state.

It is up to the judge to decide if he should become a prosecution witness. In that case, all his sins will be forgiven. But if the judge decides otherwise, he will be tried alongside the other two suspects. But I think the prosecution counsel is afraid that they might lose the case if that happens or may not get maximum sentences for all the three
