Charge him for surviving the crash kr charge him for owning a supercar in south Africa as Nigerianhuh This ppl will never fail to show their hatred
Everything is not about bigotry and ethnicity. The phool was driving like a lunatic in a residential area, it's only by a stroke of luck that he didn't kill or injure someone. He should be prosecuted and his license stripped from him since he's too stupid to drive properly

For speeding and reckless driving in South Africa residential areas are 60 zone. By the way the car was rented

Which kind wicked ness be dis. Person bash car, wound join yet this southy still punish am.

It's call double jeopardy like a referee giving a defender red card and awarding a penalty too.
Reckless driving and speeding in a 60zone. In South Africa if you drive 120 on a 60 is a criminal offence

The fact that some Nigerians dnt see any thing wrong with speeding and reckless driving and are calling the law of arm jealousy it says a lot why your always running away from country. It seems like most people here have a jungle mentality with no accountability

Nigerians and accountability are water and oil.. they will hide behind "jealousy", laziness, xenophobia" etc.. they never see anything wrong with their actions..

Crash video

A high-speed crash involving the luxury supercar of Nigerian rapper Prince Daniel Obioma, better known to his fans as 3GAR, has culminated in potential legal repercussions.

According to Nicholas Gostell, a member of the Democratic Alliance and the National Council of Provinces, the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) has revealed that after months of waiting and calls for action from local officials, the 29-year-old driver will face charges of reckless or negligent driving stemming from the incident that occurred on High Level Road in Sea Point on 1 March.

The crash, which occurred at a staggering speed of over 200 kilometres per hour, resulted in the supercar colliding with a pavement and a wall, leaving a scene that quickly spread across social media platforms.

Videos showcasing the savage wreckage of the vehicle garnered millions of views, as shocked onlookers witnessed the aftermath of what many described as a reckless display of speed and disregard for safety.

Gostell who had long been advocating for swift action has expressed his satisfaction with the latest developments: ‘Reckless drivers have no place tearing through our neighbourhoods and endangering lives; no matter where you live or what you drive.’

According to Nicholas Gostell, a DA member of the National Council of Provinces focusing on Security and Justice, the Sea Point Police have confirmed that they are investigating the incident. However, he noted with concern that weeks after the crash, no charges had been filed against the driver.

‘Whilst security companies have released video footage of the accident, clearly showing that the vehicle moved at excessive speed through a suburban area before losing control, crashing into a kerb, and colliding with a boundary wall, the driver now alleges on social media that he swerved to avoid a homeless person and that the videos were edited,’ Gostell stated.

Gostell’s comments come against a backdrop of rising frustrations among local residents about the increasingly reckless behaviour of high-performance vehicles on the streets of Sea Point and neighbouring Camps Bay.

He emphasised that luxury and modified cars are causing frequent noise disturbances and violations of traffic laws, particularly during the early hours of the morning and over weekends.

‘Residents on the Atlantic Seaboard are particularly frustrated by the prevalence of these cars racing through our streets, putting lives at risk,’ he said.

This boy has gotten himself into a big legal problem with overspeeding.

They are posing for the residents in the area to notice them. Anyone that has been to that area of capetown knows those streets are way to busy to be speeding. Neanderthal thinking

200 km/h in a residential area is unheard of.People from 5th world countries need some serious behavioural reorientation. All these modern sophistications they find in civilized societies can be extremely overwhelming to a 5th world untrained brain.

Just out of curiosity : how did a "rapper" nobody ever heard of manage to afford a 4 million Rand supercar?🤔🤔🤔

Lol I asked that question deliberately because I know how predictable they are with responses.

All I know for sure is that it can't be "rap" money that got him that car.We aren't that gullible over here.

Do you see anyone here glorifying his reckless behavior. What they are pointing out is the posters bias and agenda.

It's clear as crystal.

Nigerians know life is short and will try to get rich or try dieing literally.

50cent said it, they do it in the real world.

There is alot of money out there bot legit and criminal money.

People like to say they all criminals but that is not true.

Name any industry that Nigeria are not successful?

Sports, Arts, Tech, Medicine, Trade, Manufacturing, Industries, Business, Banking, Entertainment, Pharmaceuticals, Vlog, Music, Movie etc

Others are fraud, drugs, prostitution, armed robbery, cultism, terrorism, militancy, human trafficking, money ritual, treasury looting.

if u can think of any other add.

The vast majority are legit whilst the very few criminal minority not successful in trade will join criminality. Less than 1% of Nigeria population are seen as a representation of the vast majority of hard working, suffering and smiling people.

how is this fair to u?
Re: SA To Prosecute Nigerian Rapper, 3GAR Baby, Who Crashed Supercar In Cape Town by legitnow1: 8:36pm On Aug 05, 2025
The best part is we can identify the area of crime and with good government rain in people who wil lventure into those areas wen we get a government and not treasury looters.

Typica!!!😒

The guy whose slogan you are trying to use to defend nonsense ain't even living that life anymore.

Nobody ever said all Nigerians are criminals, the stigma is there but nobody ever said ALL.

So what's all that got to do with anything?
