All I know is that NDDC staff are leaving large, for NEDC their MD is a generous man, you might be in an organization say A with good allowances but it's 1/4 that would be reaching you while someone in another good agency say B with allowances half your place receiving all the half in full consistently, with this you will agree Staff at agency B will enjoy more. So sometimes, the reason some agencies which naturally should have staff flexing are not is due to a greedy MD with wicked management.

But NEDC pays very well with plenty allowances too.

GL 8 staff is earning around 230K monthly.
They also have upfront of about 2M
