Those veins are caused from low body fat, either from poverty, physical labour or hitting the gym hard. Bodybuilders have sugary concoctions they take to make veins “pop.” One has to do a Google search to find the ingredients. I’ve typed all I know on the matter.

Even some ladies have this kind of veins in their hand and even legs. Some ladies who are slim have it too, especially those ladies who use cheap bleaching creams. I heard that too much bleaching makes a lady to grow thinner and bring out her veins.

You are right. Depends on the bleaching type of cream. But some of them are not very well produced, or the over-application of it leads to wear of the skin, making them have thinner faces, sunken eyes, bony cheeks, more exposed veins etc.

Skin thinning is not the same as making someone thinner. I have naturally thin skin yet I am slightly overweight for my height. The 2 are not the same.

What did you go to check in their genitals that you saw the veins? Maybe it's hard work around the genital area that is pumping up the veins.
