Governors don't have control over security apparatus in their states and they, #1 collect security votes from FG and what is the fund for. #2 hold weekly security meeting with top security officers in their various states.

Read GEJ declaration of state of emergency in borno, yobe and adamawa. Pay more attention to point 8 and maybe we can be on same page. While at it, does this situation look like it is beyond the powers of the state government to start calling for the attention of FG?

Tinubu messed up as there was no security breakdown in Rivers. That cannot be denied and so many pointed that out. But what has this got to do with the incident in bayelsa?

This is not about the Bayelsa case alone, Tinubu has failed seriously, his failure is what is trickling down to the states, people no longer fear committing crimes and the economy is pushing people into various crimes,, I keep praying for God's grace upon me, my family and loved ones...

If Tinubu could take the Rivers state issue as serious as that even when many other states are begging for attention more serious than that, doesn't it tell you where Tinubu's mind lies, he doesn't care about handling insecurity, he is most concerned about the politics than governance.

And of course when you have a president like that, the governors will follow suit too, he is their leader and he is supposed to be showing good examples to them but he is not...

I almost fell victim to something like this.
When someone told me of a property he wanted to sell, if i was interested in buying.

So my intention was to go alone with the said guy. But I told my wife about it, so when it was time i told her I was leaving for the place.
She asked if I wanted to go alone I said yes, she asked that she goes with me. So we went together.

I started sensing the guy was upto something sinister when we kept going and going with no end in view even along a densely bushy area.
We had to park my car at a point where the terrain was bad for driving.
Then We started trekking.

Oga where the place, guy man said he can't locate the place again. His own family land o.
Something he claimed he needed to sell in order to solve an immediate problem.
All of a suddenly he could not locate the land again.

I guess his plan was thwarted by the fact that I wasn't alone.
The presence of my wife changed everything.

Yes you are right , its a good thing to be open minded when it comes to things like this but as for me I don't use to have a secret deal with people , I used to always do my things alone and that makes me be a typical non friendship person..wen I sit down with people I don't tell dem wen to standup even with the little people that used to relate with outside of my families I don't disclose where I lived or stay to them and yes I have been living my life this way right from my kid..I am over 35+ years and till now I no dey relate , I no dey in any contact with any of Secondary sku mates , my uni and my department guys and they knows me the be one of the most quite guy in my department cos I won't respond to things that is none of my business...

Every society knows that there will always be evil persons, criminals, fraudsters, etc. That's why they have security and law enforcement agents. Tell us one country that does not have them.

What serious country talk about it combating crimes and nipping them in the bulb by being proactive, effectively, and efficiently. No responsible government goes around blaming parents. They live up to task of crime control amd prevention.

Imagine we moved from a compound to our own house.
