. Go to market, and buy boric acid. Bath twice a day, and at the end of each bath, dissolve a pill or two of boric acid in a small cup of water. Use this solution to wash affected areas. Don't clean with towel. Allow to dry naturally. Do this for about 10 days. Not more. It affects sperm motility. . |

1g of IM ceftriaxone injection will help you. You may add a gram of azythromycin (oral) for more effective solution. This combination is for gonorrhoea but it treats jock itch too. |

Get the oral anti fungal use together with funbact a .. the antibiotics/antifungal composition in funbact a is not that strong ... Those creams are only effective in allergies .. Or get tydineal... |

Idonweak:You may keep experiencing these kind of relapse if you keep using any of the “azole” base anti fungal topical cream. I recommend you use TYDISIL CREAM it’s a brand of Terbinafine which is an allylamine base antifungal derivative. It’s more effective and has a residual effect (the ability to persist in the skin at fungicidal levels for several days after stopping therapy)

Eehya! Sorry I feel your pain. This evil stuff tormented me for years also, until I finally cleared out. I got treated with roselphin to kill it from the inside, then I applied skineal to kill it on the outside. If you need more information on how I got rid of it. Just chat me up. So I will explain better. |

Man, I feel you. Jock itch can be really frustrating, especially when it keeps coming back like that. You're definitely not alone — a lot of people go through exactly what you're describing: that unbearable itching around the inner thighs and private area, the rash, and the way it seems to clear up with cream, only to come back even worse later. You were right to do your own research and figure out it’s jock itch — it’s a fungal infection that thrives in warm, moist areas. Sweat, tight clothes, or even just staying in damp boxers too long can trigger it. Now about Funbact A — yes, it clears it up fast because it has a steroid in it. But that’s actually part of the problem. The steroid (Betamethasone) only calms the surface symptoms, like redness and itching, without killing the fungus properly. Over time, it can make the skin weaker and allow the infection to spread deeper. That’s why it keeps bouncing back after you stop using it. So what should you do instead? You need something that treats the root of the problem, not just the symptoms. Here are better options: Stronger, safer antifungal creams (no steroids): Terbinafine 1% cream (Lamisil) – This one is very effective. Clotrimazole 1% (Canesten) – Also works well. Miconazole 2% (Daktarin) – Another solid option. Ketoconazole cream (Nizoral) – Especially good for repeat infections. Use twice a day — morning and night — for at least two weeks, and even after the rash looks gone, keep going for another 7 days to make sure the fungus is fully cleared. Simple daily habits that help a lot: Keep the area dry – Change underwear if you sweat. Wear loose cotton boxers, avoid tight clothes. Don’t reuse towels or boxers – wash them often. Try an antifungal powder during the day (like Abzorb or Mycocide) to stay dry. Wash with mild soap, then dry off completely before applying cream. If it's really stubborn or keeps spreading: You might need an oral antifungal (like Fluconazole or Terbinafine tablets), but you’ll need to see a doctor for that. Summary: Ditch Funbact A for now. Get Terbinafine or Clotrimazole cream. Use it twice daily, consistently. Stay clean and dry down there. Be patient — even though it itches like crazy, it will go with the right treatment. Idonweak: |

Fungi infections are extremely difficult to treat an d usually have a high recurrence rate. You have to continue treatment for weeks even after the infection is gone. Wash n wear your boxers only once. Wash your towel and clothes everyday if you can. Those critters are very annoying. |

Idonweak:Sorry about your condition. Even when the symptoms have resolved, ensure you continue using the medication for an additional 2_3 weeks. If you can, ditch all your boxers or alternatively, soak them in conc. Bleach solution for some 40mins then wash them. Do same for your towels. Do not wear your boxers without them being washed afresh. Ensure you avoid very tight trousers and boxers. Pull off your trousers when you are in private and allow your privates to receive enough aeration. |

Funbact A is rubbish. Get yourself a proper anti-fungal cream not a combination. Canesten or one that contains Terbinafine. More importantly, get yourself Itraconazole capsules: Itracare to be precise. Take a starting dose of 600mg for the first 3 days and then 100 mg daily on full stomach and preferable with am acidic drink (Soda)..The jock itch will clear up Use hot water and wash all your boxers |

Get any Azole Antifungal cream. The clinically useful imidazoles are clotrimazole, miconazole, and ketoconazole. Skineal has been shown to be very effective for jock itch. Not sure about the price but you can easily find it in shops and supermarkets. |

1. Do you repeat underwear? Stop it and use clean and fresh ones daily. 2. Ensure they loosely fit on you to keep the affected area(s) dry. 3. Wash and towel dry affected area(s) before applying prescribed cream. 4. Apply cream morning and evening. 5. For the antifugal cream, I would strongly recommend Tioconazole over clotrimazole or miconazole. You would see visible improvements in 2 weeks. Do not use cream beyond 4 weeks. |
