Friends please can someone help me suggest which bank has a virtual card that doesn't fail online.
I have just got Opay card today but it was declined three times.

U will deposit in naira from your bank account, then convert the naira to dollar on the card

Just transfer from your bank account, to the geegpay account, some banks operate outside the country
