Lagos while the second was when Ambode was the governor, and he had to go head to head with Tinubu before he could build the terminal same with what fashola did. If you are familiar with South Africa you will know the vast difference in confidence and a sense of authority and ownership between South Africans and many other black Africans. Wow. I practically lived my live in and around that Place. It is used to have a Barclays Bank, a First Bank and back in the days when Dogs were used to guard Bank's Entrance.
