In a time where aviation safety should be non-negotiable, we are faced with a deeply troubling incident involving popular Fuji musician KWAM1 (King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal) , a public figure who should be setting the tone for law-abiding behavior. On camera, KWAM1 is seen confronting airport authorities, and more disturbingly, attempting to stand in front of an aircraft ready for departure because he was denied boarding after violating basic aviation rules , namely, carrying liquids in excess of the 100ml limit. This was not a misunderstanding. This was blatant arrogance, dangerous behavior, and a national security breach. Accountability Must Be Served We demand the following: 1. Immediate placement of KWAM1 on the No-Fly List for a minimum of 12 months. 2. Criminal prosecution for disrupting aviation operations and attempting to obstruct a commercial aircraft. 3. Full release of CCTV footage from airport authorities for public transparency. 4. A statement from the NCAA (Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority) confirming investigation and action plan to prevent VIP impunity on tarmacs. Why This Matters: • Interfering with aircraft movement is an act that violates ICAO protocols, and in many countries, this would be treated as attempted sabotage or terrorism. • Celebrity or not, no one is above the aviation laws that protect us all. • The international community is watching. We must not send a signal that wealth or fame equals immunity. Nlfpmod https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5o7nKHPkCcs

He should have been arrested at the airport for obstruction. What is he taking himself for? He has so many private cars instead of jumping on bus to avoid situation like this, Why can't he get his own private jet as well? |

KWAM1 has on video breached these 2 laws: He should be prosecuted, same way a lot of Nigerians have been prosecuted, invited for questioning. The law must not be seen as a tool for oppression of just the masses. 1-Civil Aviation Act 2022, Sections 39–43: Prohibits obstruction, interference, and security breach in restricted aviation zones 2-Criminal Code Act, Sections 166 & 249: Covers breach of public peace and endangering public transport |

I am still not happy the pilot didn't target him enough. The pilot should have use the aircraft wings to hook his cloth and take him around the runway. I am garrulous people, Kwam 1 always thinks he's above everyone. So rude and arrogant, I'm sure henceforth he won't bring his self medication inside flight again. Why not take your medication at the entrance of the airport, why must you take it inside the aircraft? |

madridguy:The government needs to act swiftly, they should not wait for social media to tell them the right thing to do. KWAM1 should have been arrested within 24hours. He didn't not only put himself in danger, he endanger other innocent lives. |

madridguy:Nah alcohol dey inside that flask. He's just lying that it's medication. For a female pilot to say everything the way it is, just know that the matter don pass becareful. The pilot said k1 poured the content of the flask on the security. That was how they got to even know the content of the flask. But k1 been a dishonest person, he can easily claim it's agbo that was prepared with alcohol |

Hehehe! This is the entitlement mentality of the so called leaders and celebrities in our side of the world. Always arrogant pompous, acting with utter impunity and lawlessness. Yet Ayinde Marshal is a hero to many young people especially across the SW. Meanwhile, ICAO must be watching closely how the relevant authority and Nigerian govt will handle this serious airport safety breach. |

Omihanifa: Whether its "Agbo" or not KWAM1 should be arrested and held accountable, No one is above the law. He endangered the lives of all other passengers. The Nigerian Police Force should arrest him immediately. The Chief Security Officer of the airport should also be arrested. This is serious breach of airport security. |

Tinubu's government will protect him instead of using him as an example to teach people that airports are not places where you behave like and animal. What how the government will use one animal excuse to bury the case. He has no form of law abiding friends. |

They suspended the pilot Are they insane? |

slimfit1:KWAM1 should have known better as a public figure. Nigerians will be highly disappointment if KWAM1 is not brought to justice for these kind of actions. Airport offenses are federal crimes. He can endanger his own life in the comfort of his house, but in public domain he is expected to bring minimum decorum to guarantee the safety of other airport users as well. |

igboarenice:They are deflecting the issue at hand. The pilot was at her job doing her job. This passes a wrong message to other pilots and other VIPs Now Pilots and airport staff will be threatened by VIPs and this will further jeopardize safety of everybody in the airports. In any sane civil society, people like pilots, doctors, judges are protected because they have to be free of fear to do their jobs. |

Racoon:You can be a Hero, but that doesn't make you above the law. He has to be used as an example for other VIPs. If you are such a big deal get a private jet and charter it. But once you are on a regular flight with other citizens, your decorum should at the very least guarantee the safety of other passengers. You cannot behave in such a way as to put the lives of others at risk. |

The securities at the scene should have rub him on the ground in a way he won't forget. Imagine pouring alcohol on someone doing his legitimately duty. Kwam 1 is too proud I hope someone teach him big lesson soon. Omihanifa: |

He really messed up. But he is our Boy, so we have warned him seriously and he will not do that again. Anyone who is still not satisfied with the above should go and arrest him with his own private security |
| Re: RE: KWAM1 Must Face Consequences For Airspace Endangerment. by madridguy(m): 8:59am On Aug 07, 2025 |
The government should first lay off the securities for not doing their work. They should have handcuff him off the flight and detain him at the nearest police station. malali: |

Racoon:Must you bring tribalism to the discussion. Every sane SW condemn Kwam 1arrogance and he should be dealt with alongside the Obidients that threatened to bomb airplane while on board because Obi lost election |

simpleseyi:He is our boy mentality is what is killing the whole country. I hope you remember this statement when someone else commits a crime of this magnitude and some people say oh, he is our boy. |

madridguy:You don't personalize issue. Two wrongs don't make a right. Kwam1 is to face the consequence of his action for obstructing an aircraft and the Pilots for not adhering to safety precautions. They both constitutes safety threats, but the later is much and suppose to know better. The Pilot should have be patient enough for airport security to deal him and get a clearance before taking off. |

Felabrity:He thought he was on danfo or molue He was probably on the phone with the aso rock villa calling to have Tinubu's boys stop the plane........lol |
| Re: RE: KWAM1 Must Face Consequences For Airspace Endangerment. by malali(op): 9:04pm On Aug 07, 2025 |
Housing:The aircraft couldn't have taken off without clearance from Air traffic control (ATC). I am sure the aircraft had clearance prior to taking off. |
