ValueJet Nigeria is owned by Nigerian entrepreneur Kunle Soname. He is also the founder and chairman of Bet9ja, a sports betting website. The airline is managed on a day-to-day basis by Capt. Omololu Majekodunmi, who serves as the CEO according to Wakanow. The name of the captains that piloted the aircraft that nearly crushed Kwam 1 at Abuja airport on the 5th of August is Oluranti ogoyi and Ivan Oloba. Nlfpmod

This post has become necessary because some people are beginning to read tribal and political affiliation to it as seen in the screenshot below 👇

Nigeria and Nigerians are just hopeless. From every 100 conversations we hold, 2 is meaningful, 6 gibberish or ego related, the rest 92 is tribal lord talk. This same people can't manage virtually anything else. What a shame, we can't build this country with tribalism. |

LagosOrigin:it is rather a disgrace that you have concluded that obedients are from only one tribe,no matter how you blow it,your opinion remains useless as far as the issue is concerned. |

Lanretoye:Please stay on topic |

LagosOrigin:So, how does this confirm that she’s not an Obidient? |
| Re: Meet The CEO Of Value Jet Airline by seunmsg(m): 10:55am On Aug 07, 2025 |
LagosOrigin:Why did you screenshot my comment on another thread if not for your mischievous intention. So, what kind of comment do you expect? What exactly is the topic you want him to stick to? |
| Re: Meet The CEO Of Value Jet Airline by LagosOrigin(op): 10:58am On Aug 07, 2025 |
seunmsg:What has being obedient got to do with this national embarrassment that Wasiu caused the country on the 5th ? |
| Re: Meet The CEO Of Value Jet Airline by aribisala0(m): 11:00am On Aug 07, 2025 |
Wasiu travels to the US and other countries He behaves himself Here in Nigeria he thinks he is above the law because of connections |
| Re: Meet The CEO Of Value Jet Airline by LagosOrigin(op): 11:02am On Aug 07, 2025 |
aribisala0:Tinubu made him feel he's above the law |

Chief Kunle Soname earned his fortune as a sports betting magnate, but he reinvested the proceeds of that phenomenally profitable venture into sports infrastructure, soccer teams and air transport, among other ventures that have benefitted from his Midas touch, while providing employment and transforming the regional economy in a dramatic fashion rarely witnessed outside Nigeria's major metropolitan areas. The Remo Stars Stadium cited strategically close to the Lagos - Benin Expressway is a marvel of modern architecture, where hundreds of youths from all tribal demographics comprising the Nigerian federation converge to enjoy generous salaries as they hone their soccer skills to the standard of Europe and Latin America's Premier League football teams. Groups of promising soccer players have been flown to Europe for training camps over recent years, in programs bankrolled entirely by Chief Soname. A compassionate, unassuming and approachable visionary of extraordinary intelligence whose trim, athletic and agile figure shatters the mold of the typically bloated Nigerian "big man" of bygone years, Chief Soname of the Bet Naija fame is the new face of progressive, technologically evolved Nigeria, where advancement is wrought by those with talent, formal education and foresight, rather than those benefitting from nepotism and tribal connections. It is no coincidence that the captain and pilot in command of the aircraft who recently suffered a criminal assault by a drunken praise-singer, happened to be a highly competent FEMALE aviator, who had taken it upon herself to try and reason with an inebriated hooligan that attempted to carry a flask of local gin aboard her aircraft in open defiance and contempt of aviation laws. When the truth prevails at the conclusion of the incident on that airport tarmac, the captain and her first officer will have their licenses reinstated, while the deranged and drunken mediocre musician will be added to a no-fly list applicable to ALL airlines operating within Nigerian airspace, along with a few airlines plying international routes, whose officials will have noted the name of the alcoholic thug who imagined himself to be above the law after guzzling cheap gut-rot gin that will ultimately kill him as it does countless other drunks annually. |

The whole thing looks like a stunt.. A win/win situation for both sides.. |
| Re: Meet The CEO Of Value Jet Airline by seunmsg(m): 11:04am On Aug 07, 2025 |
LagosOrigin:Obidients are known to be very hateful of anyone that supports the president. In fact, your interest in this matter is simply because you’re an Obidient that hates K1 because of his political affiliation to President Tinubu. That you have to screenshot my comment from another thread to validate whatever point you want to make with this thread says it all. |
| Re: Meet The CEO Of Value Jet Airline by LagosOrigin(op): 11:06am On Aug 07, 2025 |
seunmsg:Obedients told Kwam 1 to drink himself to stupor to the point of spilling some on the female captain ? |
| Re: Meet The CEO Of Value Jet Airline by EmpressF0911: 11:11am On Aug 07, 2025 |
LagosOrigin:When I saw that shameful comment by @seunsmg I couldn't believe my eyes. I mean these guys are educated but simple airline regulations the passenger disobeyed which if not checked could cause danger to other passengers. However, someone quickly brought sentiment to it. Yorubas didn't used to be like this. What could have suddenly gone wrong with them ? |

seunmsg:tribal politics..... |
| Re: Meet The CEO Of Value Jet Airline by seunmsg(m): 11:40am On Aug 07, 2025 |
LagosOrigin:That is not the point. Again, there is no conclusive evidence that the content is alcohol since K1 in his press release made it very clear that the content is water. |
| Re: Meet The CEO Of Value Jet Airline by Jakumo(m): 11:46am On Aug 07, 2025 |
seunmsg:Well the drunken praise singer CLEARLY lied to try and avoid being placed on a no-fly list, which is inevitable , especially since he dumped the local gin that was inside his baby-bottle flask on the captain of that flight when she tried to reason with the drunkard. |
| Re: Meet The CEO Of Value Jet Airline by LagosOrigin(op): 11:46am On Aug 07, 2025 |
seunmsg:why then did they deboard him if he had behaved responsibly? |
| Re: Meet The CEO Of Value Jet Airline by Jakumo(m): 11:50am On Aug 07, 2025 |
LagosOrigin:The effects of alcohol are intensified when an aircraft climbs to its cruise altitude so it is fortunate that the drunkard was blocked from staggering aboard the plane with his baby bottle full of ogogoro local gin. The alcoholic should be grateful that he was prevented from boarding the plane in his drunken condition because if he had acted up while the journey was in progress, security officers might have been forced to knock him out and tie him up in the back of the economy section like a bush pig, for the balance of the trip. |

SocialJustice:@ September 5th . Wait o, the OP didn't state the year.May be the plane 'almost' crushed him in the past ![]() |
| Re: Meet The CEO Of Value Jet Airline by seunmsg(m): 11:58am On Aug 07, 2025 |
LagosOrigin:K1 behaved badly and I’m not here to defend him. However, the pilot was unprofessional by trying to kill him with the plane. The aggressive behavior of the pilot may suggest an innate hatred based on political persuasion. |
| Re: Meet The CEO Of Value Jet Airline by Kukutente23: 12:04pm On Aug 07, 2025 |
seunmsg:To be honest, I'm uncomfortable with your recent interventions on this space. You have become more unhinged and fanatical in your posts. What does being an Obidient or not have to do with a pilot carrying out her job with utmost professionalism? Let's even imagine for a moment that she's an Obidient, does that in any way detract from her ability as a pilot? You were on another thread making excuses for the rise in malnutrition and uttering inanities that shouldn't come from any decent mind. I enjoin you to be sober and more responsible in your posts. There's more to life than political worship of fellow mortals |
| Re: Meet The CEO Of Value Jet Airline by Kukutente23: 12:07pm On Aug 07, 2025 |
seunmsg:K1 is not the only one endangered by the Pilot's mistake. But he was the one that brought that situation to bear with his unruly conduct. I'm surprised you who have scant regard for the life of kids is suddenly concerned for the life of K1. Does it mean a person's life only holds value to you based on the political leaning of the person? This is terrible |

seunmsg:The bolded got me 😂😂😂😂😂😂 She probably didn't see him standing in front of the aircraft and it's K1's fault for putting up irresponsible behavior that coulda ended his life if the wing of that speeding plane has hit him on the head. |
