I will suspect the producers wanted the contestants to have a strategy and wanted to make sure they implement whatever strategy they promised. The strategy just needs to be close to their personality. For examle, Rooboy what's to bring high energy and loudness, it may be his personality but if your boss tells you they will be watching how you implement your high energy and loud personality, the contestatnt may just increase it to another level. I suspect they are afraid the contestant will be all talk no bite.

Last year's set was boring so they will fight over every little thing and argue non-stop to get attention so they won't be labeled like last year's set instead of reacting as they would.
