This is a result of poor upbringing of a child, you don't allow children to have excessive freedom or behave like they have special right under your care. You train them by your own rules, until they are fully mature to take a reasonable decision on their own. It is quite unfortunate that alot of African parents are copying this unsafe western style of rasing a kid in the name of being woke. The result has already being seen in the lives of the so called Gen-z, and it is just a matter of time that they start killing their parents or send them to jail too.

Yes, and that is why we must not copy this dangerous law in this part of the world. "Child right law" should only focus on child abuse, such as child labour, rape or killing. A natural little child can only be moulded through discipline and little spank with cane by their parents. If you had ever be with little kids, you will understand how sturbbon and insincere they could be. The only people that can mould and integrate a child into a large society is their parents, so any law that is giving a child who know nothing about what is good or bad an undue independent right or excessive freedom is only placing her society on a time bomb waiting to explode.

I'm 100% certain that in no distance future, the west will rewrite this law, just like the way Trump and some other western leaders are banning homosexuality.

The so called sane society. What discipline from parent would have made a teenager shoot his parent if not too much freedom and indiscipline.
