Elon did not invent anything truly. But he bought ideas and transformed them into big projects. Don't forget even he sold some of his original ideas. The point is they make money off big ideas and projects and not influence peddling and cronyism as we have it here. Again, don't get me wrong, there is no place cronyism does not exist but the big difference is that cronyism is the base of most of the wealth generated in African countries not ideas or inventions

As for Gates and zuckerberg, don't listen to conspiracy theory. There is a reason these Western countries look to protect intellectual property. No one can steal your ideas and inventions if they truly belong to you in those countries. Working in collaboration with others to make ideas a reality does not mean they have stolen from you. I know about those conspiracies and they are majorly fiction that are far from being possible with the way intellectual property rights are structured in the US
