Where can I get this old school bumper back-pack?

I want to get one and was told it’s extremely scarce and no longer in production.

Wow, didn’t know this’ll be extremely hard for me to get like this.
Contacted top luggage vendors in Lagos, they all said they don’t have.

Mods should help me push to front page prrhaps those that have used it before can assist.
