What Southerners dont know abou him is that he is second to none in terms of leadership trust. He is seen as capable and resolute leader in the North. No wonder he has a lot of haters from the South based on ethnic and religious sentiments. Same way as Tafawa Balewa when he speaks beautifully in English many were just consumed by envy, disdain and hatered. And in the end they succeded in assasinating him.

It is even going to get worse because Tinubu, as I predicted when he was sworn in, will teach future Southern Presidents and political leaders how to lead independently and defy Northern bullying to the glory of Nigeria.

Nigeria cannot keep indulging the North and their ways. Doing so, historically, has been one of main reason we are amongst the most terrorised nation in the world today and socio-economically backwards.

GEJ was the worst as he was just their 'doormat' and this is why I laugh when some long for and romanticise his 'messiah' return as President in 2027.

Nigeria has to make enduring and sustainable socio-capitalist, competitively free-market and private sector-driven progress. This is what the reforms of Tinubu, though punitive in the short term, will deliver.

If the North does not want self-determined peace, progress and socio-capitalist progress then they should remain behind while the rest of us move forward progressively under greater regional autonomy.

Mallam Nasiru El-rufai that I know won't reneged on this. His political antecedents may not be all that good but trust me, he knows all the secrets as to how APC succeeds. He will shake them come 2027

Northerners are our fellow Nigerians and brothers but they must respect us too as Southerners respected them to honour the power shift accord that led to Buhari enjoying 8 years on behalf of the North.

Let Obi, Amaechi etal challenge Tinubu. If they win then fair play to them.
