🚨 BREAKING NEWS:

The Premier League has announced a ban on rainbow laces and captain’s armbands for the upcoming season, stating that the initiative was causing more controversy than positive impact.

That's why it's good for players to have the audacity to take a stand against such evil (woke) agenda.

How can you be shoving your own perverted beliefs down the throats of players who signed up to play football not promote rubbish?

I already knew the message was loud and clear so it was only a matter of time.

Good riddance to bad rubbish!

Kudos to all those who played a role to put an end to this injustice in the premier league. 👍👍👍

God bless 🙏

I made several posts concerning this senseless act at the time a couple of epl captains courageously defied it. Below are some of them:

jesusjnr2020:
Although Sam Morsy is a Muslim, it feels really good as a follower of Christ to see someone at least having the audacity to stand up to those perverts behind this demonic woke LGBTQ+ agenda.

Of all the 20 captains in the premier League, he was only one that opted not to wear the LGBTQ+ rainbow armband during these weekend's matches damning all possible consequences, even though there would have been at least one professing Christian among the 19 captains, if not more, that still wore it despite knowing it goes against their religious beliefs.

I think many more football players ought to follow his example and start protesting or speaking up against this glaring injustice being perpetrated by the powers that be, to impose the aberrant beliefs of a few persons on everyone else with different beliefs, despite preaching religious freedom at the same time.

Some were already doing it in other sports in the USA. Coaches and entire teams in the NFL were already revolting against the NFL backed pride month.

No single player of Kansas City Chiefs participated in the pride month following instructions of their coach Andy Reid.

So it's indeed possible to say no to the nonsense woke agenda.

God bless.

jesusjnr2020:
Yesss!

It wasn't just Sam Morsy that did something to show disapproval for the rainbow armband as initially thought, as another captain, this time a Christian called Marc Guéhi captain of Crystal Palace was said to have also shown some defiance against the rainbow armband by writing I love Jesus on the armband.

So it's also good to know that at least a Christian captain among the 20 Epl captains also stood for his beliefs and used the opportunity to rep Christ instead of the demonic agenda of the English FA and their rainbow armband.

Hopefully this is a sign of things to come.

God bless.

Re: Premier League Bans LGBTQ+ Rainbow Laces And Captain Armband Campaign(Photos) by jesusjnr2020(op):
At the time i was already certain they couldn't dare sanction the crystal palace captain despite all their threats, and already knew it was only a matter of time before they bowed to the pressure heaped on them by the controversy drawn to their unjust LGBTQ+ rainbow campaign.

jesusjnr2020:
Despite being warned by english FA after he wrote "I love Jesus" on the rainbow armband he wore during his club's previous match against Newcastle United, the Crystal Palace captain yet defied the FA, this time writing "Jesus loves you" instead on the rainbow armband in his club's away match to Ipswich yesterday, whose captain Sam Morsy also opted not to wear the rainbow armband for the 2nd game running.

https://www.nairaland.com/8284048/ipswich-captain-refused-wear-rainbow

Let them continue to expose the double standards and hypocrisy of the english FA that gave rules to players not to display any religious, political slogans, statements or images’ etc, yet breaking their own rules with the political LGBTQ+ red armband campaign.

The awareness the defiance of these players has already drawn to the injustice being perpetrated by the FA is a much welcome development. I'm very sure the kind of attention is the last thing they would have wanted at this point as it exposes their flaws.

Let them just make the mistake of banning the player, then they'd would realize they've got themselves into a bigger hole than that which they already dug for themselves with utterly disgusting rainbow armband campaign.

I stand with Marc Guehi, Sam Morsy and all those who say no to this satanic woke LGBTQ+ agenda.

God bless.

the initiative was causing more controversy than positive impact.
This is why Americans will always overtake anything British. How will companies willingly push away free publicity?

Well, as much as homophobia has no place in a civilised society, let us also respect people choices

I am NOT a religious guy for example, and see religion as folly, but I wont impose my own view on another

Its a case of live and let's live
No forcing anyone to accept or reject
.When one becomes homophobic, then you drop the hammer on the coconut head

i noticed something, western politics is all about trend rather than priciple

but it does not mean that the LGBT agenda has stopped or you wont get arrested if you discriminate against the LGBT union, it just mean they reduce the publicity of it.

No, it wasn’t about causing controversy the issue was a lack of clear direction about what football truly represents. The sport became entangled in political matters, such as during the Ukraine conflict when Abramovich was pressured to sell the club, or when Russian teams were banned from international competitions. Football should stay focused on the fans and the love of the game, not be used as a platform for political or social agendas. grin grin
