On the legend. Number 6 says: Peak of Ife's Artistic and Spiritual influence (1300).

Benin are claiming that Ile ifẹ came from them. They are rewriting Yoruba history.

Historians know that's not true. Lol.
Ife was the only city out of present day Nigeria that traded with ancient Mali.
Wheat and many other crops not known to Nigeria were found at excavation sites in Ife. Ife artifacts are more ancient and older than that of Benin. Everything in history points to Ife being older.
