On getting him on WhatsApp he plainly told me the cost is 80k... I was like wow.... Fast forward to 48 hours later I was opportuned to be in Lagos and visited ladipo spare parts market myself and got same muffler for 24k!

My observation: serious dealers are not online.

You stand a serious chance of getting ripped off if you depend on the sharks online.

Visit ladipo occasionally especially when you change cars to familiarise yourself with the market for your car and the real dealers therein.

You knew you could go to the market to buy it, why were you then looking at prices online?

The extra money on top is the prize you pay for not going to the market yourself to source the part.

Not trying to defend Josh cos I too had to take a backseat after I discovered that his prices were usually inflated the day I decided to source parts by myself, the only issue is here is that the % is too much.

You also are guilty of same thing you opened a thread to rant about, the screenshot below is you trying to defend your equally outrageous price (according to others like you too) for a ware that others believe should sell much lower

The thread was a response to the excessive pricing in the phone market section which is outrageous, mirroring the way certain entities seem to drastically inflate the value of products, much like how those your 'half-life Volvos' are priced.


The other question should be what were you hiding that made kemball, cosplay and thebigkendo after you owing to some gray details of your cars?

Here you were relieved the car was "sold" before thebigkendo came...care to enlighten us?
