It's not everyone that likes going to united state of America, for instance our President has not touched leg in America even when global important meeting is held over there, so it's preference.

With or without diplomatic cover, Tinubu got his lawyers to reach a plea bargain deal with the US authorities. That alone makes his a free man. That's why the FBI refused to release his criminal records.

You are aware that reaching a plea bargain with the feds/courts technically means that you are guilty.
