Kai too many negative comments here. Airtel changed it's name 3 to 5 times and is the second biggest mobile operator today. Allow 9mobile breathe haba. Many who have never created a 1 million naira company will sit with their keyboard dictating how an organization should or should not be run. Go and create your own not just a typist here in nairaland and see if your ideal arrangement will work.
Oga, I haf tire for these people.

Access to a phone with data and a little boredom just brings out the worst in people, I guess.

If you run a company with just 10 branches, you wouldn't make that comment. Even if the branches are shops within the same local government area. Why? Your body go don tell you. Whether na issues in marketing, administration, legalities, clientship etc. Any of the 12 business areas go dey keep you humble on a daily.

And these nairaland comments are a reflection of the median (not average) measurement of the Nigerian youths ooo.

It is well.

Thank God for people like you.

Deicide:
Etisalat -> 9mobile -> T2

What a joke, if you like rebrand to T900 if it doesn't please Nigerians we would not use it. MTN still remains MTN no need for a rebranding.
You forgot to add Zain....that's their very first name.
Re: 9mobile Rebrands As T2 by IbotNugida(m): 12:26pm On Aug 09, 2025
Since PMB has passed the rebranding is expected. A word is enough for the wise

I tell you comment section used to be interesting before but now, full of useless stuff from illiterates.

The worst part is most of this persons aren't even successful in their own life..
Most of them have tried several businesses and still trying...
Nairaland is full of jurks commentators..
Every business is trying to survive
Likewise
Everyone is trying to survive..

When the original managers of etisalat left and handed over to it's Nigerian counterpart, I know it was a matter of time before it gets to this point but the fall was too fast
