United States of America is not a thorough structured country because of its race based Immigration Act. The United States of America uses racial quotas by limiting the number of people who can arrive in the country to 2% of the population of United States citizens.

Germany and Japan are countries with more structured and efficient systems than the USA.

Canada, New Zealand and Australia are countries with a well-structured immigration system that's less prone to racism and unnecessary visa rejections to Africans who meet the requirements for entry visas.

No, even after Tinubu's lawyer reached a plea bargain for Tinubu to forfeit huge amount of dollars in exchange for freedom, that doesn't make him a completely free man in the eyes of the US laws he broke.


The plea bargain was for one crime, but unfortunately Tinubu helped drug cartels and wire wire fraudsters launder money out of the United states, so not all his case were known when that one got cleared. That was why he ran away from US and stayed away from US for decades to avoid being arrested unawares.


And the reason his FBI documents were not published by FBI as scheduled last month or so is because France's President Emmanuel Macron intervened.


It was a high diplomatic intervention to protect western interest in SubSaharan Africa.


France President quickly reached out to US President Trump to tell FBI not to release those damning FBI documents against Tinubu. Macron's reason was that Francophone countries in SubSaharan Africa have virtually pushed France out and it also affected US military operations in Africa because they collaborate with France, so Macron made Trump to understand that they need Tinubu in office to keep an eye on SubSaharan Africa region considering his close relationship with Tinubu, so Trump saw reasons to it and directed FBI to halt the release of Tinubu's dirty files.
